Rubber track structure
Rubber track is a stepping component with certain amount of gold core and steel wire shade embedded in the rubber. In the steel wire and embedded component there is a cushion layer , which enhanced the plucking intensity and decreased the stretching ratio. There are different types according to track shapes and structures or its utilization.

1 .The adopted material of embed metal is observe and 40Mn2 alloy steel enhanced the trait of alter-changing loading and grinding-endurance.
2. The main body of rubber content has optimized designing and high grinding-endurance slit-endurance, and high piercing new material, which contains 50％ in the whole strip.
3. The track has high plucking-resistance intensity, the allowed pulling strength is above 200KN, and the breaking-off range is more than 250KN.
